Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This policy explains how the Afojet Infotech (“Afojet”, “we”, “us”) affiliate programme and the Refer & Earn programme work. By applying, sharing your link or code, or accepting a payout, you agree to it. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. How we handle affiliates’ personal data is explained in the Affiliate Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy.

1. Joining

• You need an Afojet account and must be at least 18 years old.
• Apply from My Account → Affiliate. We review every application and may approve or decline it without giving a reason.
• Give true information about yourself, your website or channels, and how you will promote us. Keep your payout details correct and up to date.

2. Your link and discount code

• Approved affiliates get a personal referral link (for example afojet.com/?ref=yourname) and a personal discount code that gives buyers 10% off.
• A sale counts for you when the buyer uses your discount code, or clicks your link and pays within 30 days. If several affiliates are involved, the affiliate whose code was used wins; otherwise the last link clicked wins.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers.
• Tracking needs the buyer’s browser to keep our cookie. Sales we cannot track (cookies blocked or cleared, a different device without your code) cannot be credited.

3. Commission

• You earn 30% of the amount the customer actually paid for products, after discounts and excluding taxes and payment fees. Some products or affiliates may have a different rate; the rate shown in your dashboard at the time of the sale applies.
• No commission on: free products, licence renewals and upgrades, orders you place for yourself or for people in your household or business, orders paid with store credit only, or orders we identify as fraudulent.
• Commission on orders in other currencies is converted to Indian rupees at our exchange rate on the day of the sale.
• Commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. If the order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission is cancelled — and if it was already paid, we may deduct it from future payouts.

4. Payouts

• Payout methods: UPI, Bank transfer, PayPal, Store credit. Request a payout from your dashboard once your payable balance reaches ₹1,000 (store credit has no minimum and comes with 10% extra value).
• We aim to pay within 7 working days of a request. You are responsible for your bank, UPI or PayPal details being correct and for any fees your provider charges.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for your PAN (and GSTIN if you have one) before paying, and deduct TDS where Indian law requires it.
• Store-credit codes are personal, single-use, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire after 12 months.

5. How you may promote Afojet

Allowed: honest reviews, tutorials and comparisons; your own website, blog, newsletter, YouTube, social media and WhatsApp groups you run or that welcome such posts; recommending products to your clients.

Not allowed (any of these can lead to cancelled commissions and closing your account):

• Spam: unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp or social messages, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
• Bidding on “Afojet”, our product names or misspellings in search ads, or ads that send traffic straight to our site without your own content.
• Pretending to be Afojet, using our logo in a way that suggests you are us, or creating sites or accounts with our name.
• False or misleading claims about products, prices, features, guarantees or discounts.
• Posting your code on coupon or voucher websites, cashback sites, or forcing cookies (cookie stuffing, hidden frames, pop-unders).
• Buying through your own link or code, or rewarding people to buy through it (cashback or kickbacks), unless we agree in writing.
• Adult, hateful, illegal, pirated-software or misleading websites and content.

Always disclose that you earn a commission (for example “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you buy”), as the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) and similar rules require.

6. Refer & Earn (customers)

• Every customer can share a personal referral code. A friend who creates a new account with it gets 10% off their first order.
• When the friend’s first paid order goes through, you receive ₹200 store credit as a personal, single-use discount code valid for 180 days. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Referring yourself, creating extra accounts, or sharing codes on coupon sites is not allowed; rewards earned that way are cancelled.

7. Changes, suspension and ending

• We may change commission rates, the referral period and this policy. Changes apply to sales after the change and are shown on this page and in your dashboard.
• We may pause or close an affiliate account that breaks this policy, and withhold commissions earned through the breach. You may leave at any time; payable commissions above the minimum are still paid.
• Unused balances below the minimum payout may be forfeited if an account is inactive for 12 months.

8. Other terms

• You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and may not make promises on our behalf.
• Our liability under this programme is limited to unpaid commissions due to you.
• This policy is governed by the laws of India; courts at our registered office have jurisdiction.
