These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and use of products from Afojet Infotech at www.afojet.com. By buying, downloading or using our products you agree to these terms.
Products and licences
- Our products are digital: WordPress plugins and themes, PHP applications, templates and similar software.
- When you buy, you receive a licence to use the product on the number of websites stated in your plan. The licence is personal to you and is not a transfer of ownership.
- You may use the product for your own websites or for client websites, within your plan's site limit.
- You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the product or your licence key, or remove licence checks.
- Free products are provided as they are, without support unless stated otherwise.
Updates and support
- Your licence includes updates and support for the length of your plan (for example 1 year or lifetime, as shown when you bought it).
- Support covers installation help, bug fixes and questions about features. Custom changes, new features and third-party conflicts are not included and can be quoted separately.
- After a time-limited licence ends you stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($) and may include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
- Discount codes are subject to their own conditions and can't be combined unless stated.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Returns and Refund Policy.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts or licences that break these terms, for example by sharing licence keys.
Intellectual property
All products, code, designs and content remain the property of Afojet Infotech or our licensors.
Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or suit every purpose. Always keep backups of your website. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction where Afojet Infotech is registered.
