This Privacy Policy explains how Afojet Infotech ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use www.afojet.com, buy our products or contact us.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Billing details: billing address, company name and GSTIN if you give them, so we can issue invoices.
- Order and licence details: what you bought, licence keys, and the website domains where you activate a licence.
- Support details: messages, screenshots and files you send us. Website logins you share for support are stored encrypted and deleted when the ticket is closed.
- Technical details: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment partners (Razorpay and PayPal) under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To process orders, deliver downloads and licence keys, and send receipts.
- To provide updates, renewal reminders and support.
- To check licence activations and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To reply to your messages and support tickets.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your currency and keep your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store — payment gateways, email delivery and hosting — and only as needed for that service, or when the law requires it.
Keeping your data
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in My Account, and ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to info@afojet.com.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for sensitive support details and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
