What Pro adds
Risk score with reasons – a 0–100 score on every COD order with the reasons listed: phone not verified, a similar recent order, several orders from the same number, recorded failed deliveries, high order value, many code requests, large quantities. Every point value and threshold is yours to change.
Duplicate orders – flag a repeat of the same cart from the same number and link it to the first order, ask the customer to confirm before placing it, or block it.
COD rules – minimum and maximum order value, PIN codes with no COD (including prefixes such as 7911*), no-COD categories, and no COD after a set number of failed deliveries or open COD orders.
Manual review – hold high-risk or large orders On hold. Approve, restrict, record a failed or successful delivery, add notes and re-check risk from the order screen. Every action is saved with who, when and why.
Dashboard – COD orders, verification rate, orders awaiting review, high-risk orders, possible duplicates and recorded failed deliveries, with date and status filters.
WhatsApp codes through Afojet AuthTick, and a fallback provider that is tried if the first one fails.

Do I need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro is an add-on. Install the free Afojet COD Verify & Order Guard first, then upload Pro and enter your licence key under WooCommerce → COD Guard → Licence.
Does it work with the WooCommerce Checkout block?
Yes, and with the classic checkout. Keep the Phone field enabled and required in the Checkout block.
Which SMS providers work?
Any gateway with an HTTP API, including most Indian transactional SMS providers. In India the message must match your DLT-approved template. WhatsApp codes need Afojet AuthTick.
Who pays for the messages?
You pay your SMS or WhatsApp provider directly. COD Guard adds no per-message fee.
Does it guarantee fewer fake orders or lower RTO?
No. It helps you verify numbers and spot risky orders before dispatch. Results depend on your store; measure your own delivery outcomes.
Will it cancel orders automatically?
No. Risky orders can be held On hold for you to review. You decide.
What happens when my licence expires?
